Receive 10% OFF one Pass Card!Magical MovementsPRINCESS DANCE CAMP ~ Ages 3-5Princess Dance Camp!StickerThe ProgramOur Princess Dance Camp is a special dance program designed for youngsters age 3 to 5 years old. This program will incorporate “all things prince & princess” into five fun-filled mornings of dance instruction. Daily activities will begin with a dance class including creative movement and more. Participants of this special program will also learn to make a tiara/crown and more, and will enjoy a princess/prince-themed movie during their snack break. The last day of the Princess Dance Camp will conclude with a short dance demonstration for parents AT THE STUDIO.What To WearGirls should wear a leotard and pink tights, and will need pink ballet slippers. Girls must have their hair secured back in a pony-tail or similar style. We have gently used shoes for sale at the studio in limited sizes or you can look for inexpensive pink gym slippers in most department or dance stores. This program will incorporate most dance types including ballet, jazz, hip hop, acro, and baton twirling. Daily crafts and games activities will also be incorporated into a fun filled day. Our camp ends with a recital by all of our campers!What To WearGirls should wear a leotard and black leggings or non footed tights, and will need pink ballet slippers and clean indoor runners. Girls must have their hair secured back in a pony-tail or similar style. Students will receive a daily ballet class along with additional classes in Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Acro. For students with experience, Tap, and Baton Twirling classes are also offered. Emphasizes for this camp is the process of learning and developing skills both artistically and technically. 2 Optional fun outings will also be planned!Dance & Baton Troupe AuditionsStudents who have the ambition to be part of our Competition Troupe programs in fall, should enrol in this camp. During these 2 weeks, students who choose so, will be auditioning for placements. Teachers will be doing the majority of their troupe planning for the upcoming season. We cannot guarantee a spot in Troupe for students who do not attend the full 2 weeks. Choreography may also take place for solo’s during this period. Students age 9 & under, and students only training in Hip Hop, can make an appointment to speak with Ms. Jennifer on audition requirements.What To WearGirls should wear a leotard and black leggings or non footed tights, and will all their dance shoes, including clean indoor runners. Girls must have their hair secured back in a pony-tail or similar style. Boys should wear a black shorts or sweats and a t-shirt.What To BringA healthy snack & re-fillable water bottle.
